Wenpkr Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

Welcome to wenpkr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and wenpkr ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). They govern every aspect of your access to and use of the wenpkr website, mobile application, and all related gaming services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by wenpkr, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the wenpkr platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing wenpkr from within Pakistan. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and wenpkr.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms.
• Accounts are personal. You may not allow any other individual to access or use your wenpkr account.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.
• Wenpkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide these within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

Wenpkr reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is reason to believe the information provided is inaccurate or that the player is ineligible.

The minimum age for participation on the wenpkr platform is 18 years old. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. It is a condition of using wenpkr that you confirm you are 18 or older at the time of registration and remain so throughout your membership.

Wenpkr takes its age-verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point during your account's lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or any other government-issued identification that clearly shows your date of birth.

Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18, the account in question will be suspended pending verification. If underage play is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any accumulated balance will be refunded to the original deposit method after deducting any bonuses received.

All deposits on wenpkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support a range of payment methods commonly used by players in Pakistan, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier before you confirm a transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon successful processing. In rare cases involving bank transfers, crediting may take slightly longer depending on the sending institution.

• All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Wenpkr does not accept deposits that originate from borrowed funds, credit facilities not held in the player's name, or payment sources associated with illegal activity.
• Deposited funds that have not been used in any gaming activity may be refunded to the original payment method upon written request, subject to our standard verification checks.
• Wenpkr is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or mobile wallet service. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals from your wenpkr account are processed to a payment method registered in your name. The same methods available for deposits — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and cards — are available for withdrawals. All withdrawals are paid in PKR.

Before processing a withdrawal request, wenpkr may require you to complete identity verification. This is standard practice and is in place to protect players against unauthorised access to their accounts. Providing the requested documents promptly will prevent delays.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are only available after the associated wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Processing times vary by method. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are handled within a few hours during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Wenpkr reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. During this period, the funds in question may be temporarily held pending the outcome of the check.

Wenpkr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players throughout the year. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and special event promotions tied to PSL season and international cricket matches.

Every bonus offered by wenpkr is subject to specific terms that are displayed clearly before you choose to opt in. These terms will always include:

• The wagering requirement — the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where applicable) before a withdrawal can be requested.
• The eligible games — some bonuses can only be used on specific game categories such as Slot Games, Fish Games, or Bingo.
• The expiry period — bonus funds that are not used within the stated timeframe will be automatically removed from your account.
• The maximum bet limit whilst a bonus is active — exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Bonuses are intended for individual player use only. Any attempt to abuse bonuses through coordinated play, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent the wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension. Wenpkr's decision on bonus-related matters is final.

Each game available on wenpkr operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood its rules before placing a bet.

Wenpkr hosts Slot Games, Fish Games, and Bingo across a variety of formats and providers. The outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or equivalent mechanisms. Wenpkr does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, any bets placed during the affected period will be voided and stakes returned to players' accounts.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a connection failure on the player's side, the game will typically resume from where it left off when you reconnect. If the round has already been resolved by the server, the result will stand.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. Wenpkr reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time with reasonable notice.

For Bingo specifically, tickets purchased for a session are non-refundable once the session has begun. Jackpot Bingo and Speed Bingo rooms operate under their own supplementary rules displayed at room entry.

To maintain a fair and secure environment for all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wenpkr platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances.

• Using automated software or bots — the use of any automated clicking tool, script, software robot, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform is strictly forbidden.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players in any game mode to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other participants.
• Exploiting software bugs — deliberately using a known software error or glitch to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided. Players who discover a bug are expected to report it to support.
• Fraudulent payment activity — using stolen payment methods, making fraudulent chargebacks, or engaging in money laundering through the platform.
• Abusive behaviour — threatening, harassing, or using offensive language towards wenpkr staff or other platform users.
• Multiple accounts — registering or using more than one account to claim bonuses multiple times or to circumvent any restriction placed on an existing account.

Wenpkr employs monitoring systems to detect unusual patterns of play and potential rule violations. Players found to be in breach of these conduct rules will not be entitled to any balance held at the time of account closure resulting from the violation.

You may close your wenpkr account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after all outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses have been assessed. Bonus funds that have not yet met the relevant wagering requirement will be removed.

Wenpkr also reserves the right to close or suspend any account where:

• The player is found to have provided false information at registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity associated with the account.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has breached any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• A self-exclusion request has been made by the player.

Where an account is closed by wenpkr due to a player's breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, forfeiture of the balance may apply.

Wenpkr collects and processes personal data in connection with your account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, and general platform use. By registering with wenpkr you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for restricting access to your device. Wenpkr does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party connectivity failures may temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance wherever possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or misrepresentation by wenpkr.

Wenpkr reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via the email address registered to their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform.

The updated Terms will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of wenpkr following the notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should close your account before the effective date of the new Terms.
